I needed a dumpster to get rid of the buildup, so I sent in a request to redbox+ of cape fear on a Saturday and they responded the next day (Easter Sunday). They delivered my rental that Tuesday and all I had to do was send a text when I wanted them to come pick it back up. Cindy and her husband Hugh were just amazing. It was by far the best customer service I've had in a very long time and I was happy that the service I paid for didn't come with any bad attitudes. Their pricing was reasonable and competitive for our area. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and would happily use their services again. The people that delivered the dumpster knew what they were doing and placed my rental exactly where I asked them to without any damage to my driveway. Everything around delivery and pick up was quick and went smoothly. Hugh answered promptly and worked with Cindy to have a 15 ton dumpster delivered to my house within 2 hours. They installed metal pads under the wheels and wood strips under the rails so there was no damage to our driveway and they placed the dumpster exactly where I wanted. When I was done, I texted them for pickup and right on que, they picked up the dumpster and swept the driveway. I don't know if I could have gotten a cheaper rental but I would not waste my time calling anyone else. They were excellent. Hugh and Cindy were exceptionally responsive and professional and I could tell that customer service is a top priority to them. We were looking for a 5 yard dumpster but the smallest size dumpster they offer is 10 yards. Their 10 yard dumpster rentals are very reasonably priced so we moved forward with this size and were able to rid ourselves of so much other junk we weren't planning on. The guy they sent to deliver our rental was just as nice and professional as the owners and I was so glad that we chose this company to rent from. We required their services during a very stressful time after our coastal home incurred hurricane and flood damage. Cindy was wonderful to work with, and the company went above and beyond to assist us in a timely manner. We would absolutely recommend Redbox+ of Cape Fear. We needed a dumpster delivered so that we could dispose of flooded contents of our home. The dumpster was delivered and picked up exactly when promised, complete with photos to show us where it had been placed since no one was home at the time of delivery. Redbox+ even helped us properly dispose of some items, like paint and batteries, that could not be put in the dumpster.","stars":100,"place":"Ocean Isle Beach, NC","date":"2020-10-19 00:00:00","service":"","verifiedCustomer":false},{"pro":20905,"customer":"Brian A.","text":"I needed a dumpster that would work in a tight space to clean out our flooded Oak Island home of demolition materials. From ordering the dumpster to final pick up, working with redbox+, and Cindy specifically, was a breeze. They delivered on time, placed the dumpster where I asked, and hauled it away when asked, too.","stars":100,"place":"Oak Island, NC","date":"2020-09-23 00:00:00","service":"","verifiedCustomer":false},{"pro":20905,"customer":"Kevin D.","text":"I'm a contractor here in New York and I have a property in NC. We were doing some renovation on it, so I used their dumpster service remotely. Being in a construction business and dealing with dumpster people here all the time, I was very impressed and extremely happy with the customer service and the response that Cindy at Redbox provided. Hugh, the owner and husband, called me when they got there, took pictures, etc. They were on top of everything and were extremely pleasant to deal with. I cant say enough good things about them and give them my highest recommendation!","stars":100,"place":"Cape Fear, NC","date":"2020-04-23 00:00:00","service":"","verifiedCustomer":false},{"pro":20905,"customer":"David B.","text":"We were working on a huge house remodeling job that lasted for several months, so we needed a reliable dumpster company. I called around for quotes and decided to use Redbox, and I've never been more satisfied with a decision. They were super nice, super efficient, and timely. The owner, Hugh, and his wife, Cindy, are so professional and were just wonderful to work with unlike so many others in the dumpster business. Their equipment is brand new, clean, and they always place it right where I want them to. Whenever I call them for a delivery or pick-up, they are always there within 3 hours or first thing in the morning. I can't even imagine how much money I've saved using their service as opposed to using others to haul the stuff to the dump.","stars":100,"place":"Cape Fear, NC","date":"2020-04-17 00:00:00","service":"","verifiedCustomer":false},{"pro":20905,"customer":"William S.","text":"I've been using Redbox's service for 7 months now and they always deliver excellent service.
