Black and Sons did a fine job. The dirt that they put in the basement had to be removed because it wasn't compacted enough for the foundation of the new house. They used the wrong soil or something wasn't done correctly. That ended up costing me a couple thousand dollars, which I wasn't happy about, but they did a good job on the demolition. They knocked it down and took it away and did it in the time frame that they said they would, so that's good. They also ran into the neighbor's yard, but they fixed it.
