The owner came by the same day and said he was looking for a few small jobs before a huge job started up, and my job fit. He came out the next day with 4 or 5 helpers and took the fence down, removing the material from my property. The owner came back alone the next day to put dirt/sand in the holes as he did not have enough previously. My mother-in-law had the same project needs, as we had a common compound-like fence. Our work requirements and cost were the same. The service provider performed the work in an outstanding manner. Although they encountered some unexpected difficulties (with each post set in deep concrete), the provider insisted on keeping the same estimate as he had made the deal and would stand by the price even though the work turned out to be twice as tough. That is the type of business owner I love contracting. Not only did he do fantastic work (no complaints at all on our part), but his integrity, professionalism, friendliness, and timeliness earned him great respect from both me and my mother-in-law. He left the site clean as a whistle. I would recommend Welt Demolition to anyone, especially family and friends, who are seeking demolition services. Although my job was not a huge job, the manner in which it was performed and the skill and customer-friendly aspect of the provider convinces me that his company will be just as successful on larger jobs.
