I needed to demolish a 20 ft. by 40 ft. above ground pool with a surrounding deck. I went with WC Black and Sons, and they were awesome! I did not have even a single issue with them on this project. They were professionals!

W.C. Black and Sons demolished a 2,000 sq. ft. house made out of brick. They hauled away all the debris and returned the site to grade. They did a great job—the cleanest I ever saw.

Overall, W.C. Black and Sons did a fine job. The dirt that they put in the basement had to be removed because it wasn't compacted enough for the foundation of the new house. They used the wrong soil or something wasn't done correctly. That ended up costing me a couple thousand dollars, which I wasn't happy about, but they did a good job on the demolition. They knocked it down and took it away and did it in the time frame that they said they would, so that's good. They also ran into the neighbor's yard, but they fixed it. They did a good job following up and fixing the neighbor's grass.
